Physiotherapy
Frankie boasts nearly a decade of experience as a physiotherapist, with a recent focus on working extensively with athletes. This includes collaborating with local mountain guides, professional trail runners, and a one-year tenure as the physiotherapist for the national Swiss freestyle ski team. Over recent years Frankie has freelanced for the US Alpine, slope-style & big air, and halfpipe team, as well as the GB para boarder cross and banked slalom team. Additionally, Frankie possesses a deep passion for injury prevention and a keen understanding of the impact of mental well-being on pain management and the recovery process. She recently completed a research masters degree in Psychology.
